Acceptance

By using Take A Seat, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The service

Take A Seat is a community platform for discovering and sharing public seating spots. The service is provided as-is. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

Your account

You sign in using your Apple ID. You are responsible for your account activity. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.

User content

When you add spots, photos, or reviews, you grant Take A Seat a non-exclusive license to display that content in the app. You must only upload content you have the right to share. Do not upload offensive, misleading, or illegal content.

Prohibited use

You may not:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Upload content that violates others' rights
• Attempt to disrupt or abuse the service
• Use the app for commercial purposes without permission

Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Account Management. Your personal data will be removed. Spots you added remain as anonymous community contributions.

Limitation of liability

Take A Seat is provided without warranty. We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-submitted content, the condition of listed spots, or any damages arising from use of the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Norway.
